All repairs include a 90-day limited warranty. All warranty claims must be claimed within 90 days with original date of pickup starting the 90-day limited warranty. Warranty claims will only be fulfilled for original repair paid for and cannot be claimed for other malfunctions, defects or damages not relating to the original repair. Any parts that are replaced cannot be returned to owner once parts have been removed from the device. Cellular Repair Center disposes of them properly as some parts removed can cause bodily harm, fire, etc. Under no circumstances will cash, debit or credit card refunds be issued for repairs. All refunds will be issued in the form of an in-store credit and can be used for additional repairs and/or accessories. Cellular Repair Center Inc. stands by its 90-day limited warranty and will strive to ensure all repairs will be completed in a timely manner and with quality craftsmanship.
Accessories carry a 30-day limited warranty. All accessories claimed under warranty must be in like new condition with no signs of any physical or liquid damage. All warranty claims must be made within 30 days of original date of purchase with the original date being day 1. Accessories can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase. This excludes Bluetooth devices, wired headsets, tempered glass, screen protectors, and memory cards. These accessories are nonrefundable, and all sales are final regarding the preceding accessories mentioned. Proof of sale receipt and original packaging must be present to tender any refund.
Phone & Device Sales
Phone & Device sales are final, and no refunds or credit can be issued. All phones are subject to rigorous testing prior to any sale regarding any device. All phone & device sales carry a 7-day limited warranty with the original purchase date being day 1 of the 7-day limited warranty. Cellular Repair Center Inc. is not responsible for any physical or liquid damages after phone has been purchased. If a malfunction does occur within the 7-day limited warranty, Cellular Repair Center Inc. will issue a repair to resolve the malfunction with no cost as long as the device has no signs of any physical or liquid damage. Justification of physical or liquid damage will be inspected by a certified technician on premises to determine if device has malfunctioned or malfunctioned due to physical and/or liquid damage. For all warranty claims made, device must be in same condition that it was sold in to process any warranty claim.
